My role as an aerodynamicist in the team largely involves streamlining the vehicle shell profile as well as designing it. As I am also the leader of the aerodynamics team, I am responsible for all the group members developing the car's aerodynamics, so my responsibilities sometimes include teaching and collaborating with others, to produce the best car at the end of the academic year

As part of my role at McLaren I was largely involved with the Race Strategy team. My main internship project revolved around building a Web tool to serve review our internal team communications. To do this I had to learn and use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and React. And supplement these with Git and Azure DevOps. Alongside this project I supported the team with competitor analysis, race preparation and Mission Control support for 6 race weekends.
