• Developed service standards, guidelines, checklists, and labor and expense budgets.• Develop and conduct training seminars related to overall staff and guest safety, operations, attraction and Personal Protective Equipment inspections, and maintenance.• Active member of the Safety Committee with duties such as: conducting weekly safety meetings, attending monthly company safety meetings, conduct quarterly facility inspections, create Job Safety and PPE Assessments.• Conduct and submit monthly Pennsylvania state inspection affidavits of all Class One and Class Two Amusements rides within CBK Mountain Adventures.• Manage schedule and payroll of up to fifty staff members.• Ensure staffing levels are consistent with the demand and volume of guests.• Host job interviews, complete follow up hiring and firing paperwork. • Administer seasonal employee evaluations along with coaching and corrective action paperwork.
