Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of gentle density housing in communities across British Columbia.As the Executive Lead, my role is to support work with government officials and our internal team of experts to advance policies that support the adoption of gentle density housings in British Columbia and across Canada.

As the voice of the Residential Construction Industry, CHBA-CO advocates on behalf of builders, developers, renovators, designers, and the trades, professional services, and suppliers they employ. In addition to advocacy work at all three levels of government, the CHBA-CO also provides access to industry-leading education and peer networking events so that members always have a leg up on their competition. As the Executive Officer, my aim is to grow our association membership by enhancing our value proposition for members from Peachland to Revelstoke. • Responsible for the upkeep of all online profiles including websites, blogs, and social media. In charge of creating and implementing messaging strategies that have resulted in doubling our social media followers and overall web traffic over the past year. • Use the Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging, effective, and trackable advertising content for the legal sector in both print and web media. • Responsible for oversight of several sponsorships and events catering to legal administrative staff, junior litigators, and senior partners. • In charge of overhauling marketing communications to improve retention and word-of-mouth business by focusing on consistent engagement and interaction with key clients across Toronto.• In charge of ensuring client satisfaction through the implementation of surveys as well as one-on-one engagement with clients whenever possible. Will take negative client experiences and turn them into growth opportunities wherever possible.

• Developed a sales and student tracking platform from the ground up by catering Salesforce as well as the Act-On software platform to the education sector.• Planned, launched, managed, tracked, and reported on several open houses, guest speakers, and field trips meant to both increase enrollment and boost student morale. These events contained anywhere from 10-40 people at a given time. • Leading a social media overhaul which has resulted in a 51% increase in Twitter followers and Facebook friends over the last 8 months. • Responsible for guiding new leads through the enrolment process via constant communication, consultations, open houses, and marketing campaigns.• Handle various student issues across all age ranges to bring about timely and satisfactory resolutions for personal, professional, and academic needs in addition to assisting in teaching two courses for students aged 17-60.

• Maintain the integrity and consistency of the Commonwealth Legal brand in all client communication and marketing-related activities.• Evaluate and provide recommendations for sponsorship and advertising opportunities (tradeshows, conferences, etc) • Distribute regular client communications through various means such as mass-email (ExactTarget), press releases and Twitter.• Maintain an industry-leading website including the informational, interactive and transactional content needed to maximize web activity and sales leads.• Measure customer satisfaction levels through Customer Surveys, collect customer testimonials and support the creation of Case Studies.• Provide professional, clear, and complete written and verbal communication to internal and external customers.
