Responsibilities• Monitor and adjust Southern Plan Delivery Rail Program.• Ensure all team members maintain high safety and customer focus.• Undertake incident management in the case of derailments, collisions, injuries etc and report to Workcover.• Liase with customers in relation to variances to rail program and all customer needs. Responsibilities • Coordinate and implement Pacific National’s Bulk rail operation. • Ensure resources both staff and rolling stock are being utilised efficiently.• Ensure operational plans are followed to ensure customer delivery.• Ensuring high levels of safety awareness are maintained. Achievements• Ability to plan resources to achieve excellent results for customers resulting in positive feedback from customers. • With my excellent negotiation skills was able to achieve great results with third parties such as ARTC and Sydney Trains.
