I develop tailored, goal driven strategies that empower clients to accomplish positive results over the longer term, drawing on years of experience from military and youth work backgrounds. I use a number of therapeutic approaches that include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative therapy and this allows me to tailor my approach to each client based on their unique needs.
