After studying Talmudic law and Philosophy in HS, i went on to further my Jewish education abroad. After returning to the US i enrolled in Touro University as a neuroscience major where i gravitated toward the study of the importance of Customer Satisfaction which led me to a Management position in Shelis Cafe in upstate, NY. I have learned that Customer-Centricity is critical for reaching profitability, from 'Mom-and-pop's organizations to Large Corporations.
