I am a driven Junior at the Kelley School of Business getting a Finance of Science in Business. My journey at Kelley has been structured by collaboration and leadership. My approach to professional development and learning is based on collaboration. I work best in groups where different viewpoints come together to produce creative solutions. My respected team member status comes from my ability to listen, adapt, and contribute successfully. I regularly participate in study groups and networking activities, fostering significant relationships with students, mentors, and industry experts outside of the classroom. This collaborative attitude goes beyond the classroom. To me, being a leader is about motivating people, creating a common goal, and directing group behavior toward objectives. At the Kelley School of Business, I am a peer tutor for a Technology and Business Analytics class where I support 30 peers and assist in Microsoft excel. My involvement in student organizations has sharpened my leadership abilities, allowing me to inspire others, manage tasks, and produce significant results. As I move forward in my studies at the Kelley School of Business, I can't wait to look into internships and group projects that will let me develop my abilities and get experience of a fast paced environment. My objective is to become a well-rounded, creative leader capable of navigating the business world while making an impact.
