Assisted in the health and well being in 8 associations in South Jersey. Kept open communication with each board to ensure financial and physical stability by procuring vendors, capital projects, budget drafting, creating monthly reports, running board meetings, keeping up with homeowners communications and following up with collection efforts.

Oversaw the front desk, PBX, activities and Bellman departments. Increased responsibilities to oversee any issues that would arise from any other department working in the building totaling over 100 employees (Accounting, Housekeeping, IT, Maintenance, Administration, Marketing, Collections, Customer Care, Human Resources, Pool, Spa and Public Relations) in the absence of the General Manager.Was a member of the implementation team for a new property management system. This included the building of the system, intimate knowledge of the IT side of the system and the subsequent training of staff.
