Food & Beverage Area Supervisor with extensive experience in P&L, management, sales experience, and coordinating with government departments. - Monitor several independent restaurants and their daily processes/procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards. Enforce business standards throughout the service process to ensure a consistent customer experience. - Analyze/evaluate customer interactions and daily operations, such as service and food preparation, to identify and resolve issues as needed.Resolve customer issues and maintain a steady presence in all locations to ensure adherence to hospitality and safety standards.- Adhere to all policies and procedures from the Department of Labor and the Department of Agriculture to pass all forms of inspections and assist when necessary. Ensure full compliance with food safety and alcohol service guidelines.- Complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks such as record keeping, audits, sales reports, and inventories. Plan and assign daily goals, tasks, and assignments. Monitor performance and assist in adjusting business strategy to continuously meet goals.- Hire, train, and motivate staff; ensure staff are knowledgeable about advancements.
