• Process owner for the DC Network Inbound Product Forecast; which is the key tool and process used by the Inventory team to align with DC Leadership on staffing requirements needed to execute our inventory plan
• Lead workshops to update quarterly inbound forecasts; responsible for planning and executing workshops, coordinating with Finance and Network Design teams in order to determine the capabilities and constraints of the.
• Coded VBA automation which took the forecast process from 8 Senior Analysts working through two full day workshops down to a single two hour meeting, with this automation ultimately resulting in more accurate, data.
• Partnered with Enterprise Systems to implement several systemic changes to drive more efficient material planning after completing analysis which uncovered unintended negative consequences of our current inventory.
• Managed 2017 summer Inventory intern through a project to evaluate planning policies on hazardous materials. This project resulted in a 15% decrease in Hazmat storage needs while alleviating several operational.
