Assemble and test subsea tree's working to procedures and drawings. High pressure testing of tree's using hydro,gas(nitrogen) and hydraulic fluid. Set up test using tree schematics. Pressure testing course obtained whilst working for GE, this involved making up pipe work using stainless steel tubing, making up swagelok ends and also coneing,threading and making up autoclave ends.During my time here I work closely with the third party inspectors, QC, DNV and my supervisors to ensure all tree's are assembled and tested to the highest standard and on time.

This position included the day to day running of TWMA's roto mill unit and associated equipment on or offshore, this included organising work for my crew, filling out risk assessments and daily reports. This type of work was on an ad hoc basis so I was ready to go offshore whenever I was called.During my time off the rig I was through at the yard working on our store and workshop containers to ensure they were fully stocked and ready to go for the next job.After each well I had to go through to the head office for a post well meeting with TWMA operations manager and project managers.

During my time here I worked on new installations and breakdowns, I worked as part of a small team.We covered a site that was approx 28 acres with a great range of machinery, I worked on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
