• Former Youth Voice of North West Leicestershire, consisting of attending council meetings, being a judge for award ceremonies, attending high-profile events in the region and making sure the voice of my peers were heard.• Formerly part of a committee for grants, this involved evaluating applications and delegating large sums of money to those deemed fit.• School Councillor throughout my school years, often representing my schools at events where I was given a high level of responsibility.• Part of my university’s radio show for a year, Hive Live, running my own small horse racing segment every week on the show.• Run my own private horseracing group on Facebook with over 1,250 members called Neck and Neck Tips, also on Twitter. This includes writing pieces for a Saturday’s racing on ITV and for big festivals and meetings throughout the horseracing calendar.• Create weekly podcasts for my group Neck and Neck Tips that are uploaded to SoundCloud. I had no prior knowledge on how to do this, so it was a big learning curve and required a lot of self-teaching.• I am the host for my university’s very successful annual Taekwondo ‘Fight Night’, drawing in over 400 paying audience each year.• I am a contributing writer for the well-established sites HorseRacing.net and Picks From The Paddock.
