- Currently supporting 3 Fund Managers.- Trade booking/allocating, affirmation for FX, Options (Vanilla, Exotic) and NDF’s.- Trade position monitoring once new trades have been entered/Options expired/Options exercised/NDF Fixing.- Perform month end and intra month PV resets.- Client reporting.- Monitoring compliance house rules to ensure new trades do not break cpty/currency exposure limitations.- Daily client account funding and repatriation.- Daily monitoring of Default risk via banks CDS.- Collection of Option fundamentals. - Regulatory reporting for EMIR.- Actively involved in testing and implementing changes to systems and procedures.

- Ensure trades are instructed to custodians within deadlines.- To ensure all non-receipts and fails are investigated and resolved in a timely manner from the custodian.- Performing Cash, Trade & PB reconciliations.- To liaise with Front Office, Counterparties, Custodians and clients where required.- Confirmation/settlement of FX & Vanilla/Exotic FX Option trades.- Authorised signatory for Long Form confirmations.- Monitor any trade exceptions on MISYS (FX & Options)- Maintaining and advising clients on cash projections.- Monitoring margin requirements and instructing funds where necessary.- Actively involved in continuous improvement to streamline existing processes.

- Supporting approximately 40+ traders globally.- Monitoring of trade exception queues.- Confirm FX /NDF netting with counterparty’s.- Confirmation of vanilla and structured NDF long forms.- Confirmation of Money Market trades.- Resolve any queries we may have relating to trade discrepancies liaising with traders, brokers, clients & counterparty’s.- Daily FOBO system reconciliation and investigating/resolving any breaks which appear.- Actively settle and follow up with Prime Broker trades and also check these are given up through Harmony.- Payment validation report. Looking after the interbank/Corporate payments to make sure they are made within cut off times and any problems are resolved accordingly.- Actively involved in testing and implementing changes to systems and procedures. (Most notably being the sole person from the settlements team involved in bringing deliverable Chinese to RBC London).- Monitor and take corrective action regarding trades within CLS.- Actively engaged in static enhancements to improve STP rates and reduce manual intervention in the trade life cycle.

Confirmation of netting (same day/next day) and with counterparty's and making payments.Preparing SWIFT payments (MT103,202) Checking, amending and inputting trades through internal company systems.Contacting counterparty's to agree, query and resolve queries on trades.In contact with clients to resolve any queries that may arise.Maintain and update client trading accounts.Monitor and take corrective action regarding trades within CLS.Trade investigations. Reconcile the FX accounts and investigate any cash breaks.Investigating and resolving interest claims from counterparty's.
