With over 17 years of experience in the US Army Reserve, I currently serve as a Detachment Sergeant, leading and supporting a Battalion Headquarters Detachment in various missions and settings. I plan, coordinate, and execute operations, as well as manage personnel, equipment, and information. I have a proven track record of delivering results, ensuring readiness, and fostering teamwork and collaboration among diverse and cross-functional teams.I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Specialist and a Licensed Practical Nurse, with a diploma from Lincoln Tech and an ongoing Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Rowan College. I have developed skills in emergency medical services, patient care, and health education, and I am passionate about improving the health and wellness of service members and communities. I strive to uphold the values and goals of the Army Reserve, and I am eager to leverage my expertise and competencies to contribute to the organization.
