Responsible for helping to grow LCV business across the company including onboarding new vendors and buyers and growing wallet share from existing vendors and buyers. I also helped to develop new staff by sharing my experience and knowledge within the LCV sector and worked collaboratively with members of the Sales Team, Auction Centre Managers and Senior leaders to achieve budgeted targets in terms of volume sold and Income Per Unit. I also carried out auctioneering duties on a weekly basis and provided LCV market intelligence to both the business and customers as well as providing valuations to internal and external customers.
