• Took additional responsibilities in the liquidation of residual dividends, communicating with field staff via Chat, and serve as team’s point on idea sharing process.

• Handle and direct large quantity of customer demand for transportation throughout Beaver Creek Village, provide pertinent information regarding resort, transportation, and general opportunities for guests. Redirect.
• Delegate trip requests amongst drivers as dispatcher, maintaining the shortest possible wait time for guests. Fast paced atmosphere and high expectations by guests required performance under strict requirements.
• As dispatcher worked in team environment with call takers to manage complex logistical problems, mitigating transportation issues with drivers while remaining patient with customers.
