Responsible for managing the requirements of DB’s Listed Derivatives Direct Market Access (‘DMA’) clients.• Monitoring and managing of FIX, GUI, Algorithmic and third-party trading platform flow – liaising directly with clients on any risk associated issues.• Risk management of outages – work with IT and exchange/Vendor teams to assess client impact and ensure clients are made aware of positions. Provide ongoing updates to senior management and clients until the incident is resolved, including post mortem feedback. • Investigate external client queries and issues through various platforms and communication methods in a professional manner and follow through to resolution.• Understanding of Algorithm functionality and strategies in order to support clients.• Supporting bank wide projects to effectively bring change, while at the same time upholding the bank’s core values and beliefs.• Improve controls and procedures on an ongoing basis in a changing regulatory environment.• Ensuring smooth transition onto e-trading platforms for new clients and the maintenance of existing clients.

Manage the FX Sales Middle Office in London• Global lead and SME on middle office functions, flows and processes, provides training to global MO teams on new initiatives for a consistent approach to the business.• Responsible for the oversight of day to day support of Global Sales and Trading desks, encompassing a range of product types from high volume eCommerce, vanilla trade types to Complex Derivative products.• Global lead and SME for FX NDF Clearing.• Trade Life Cycle event management and processing in a controlled and compliant environment.• Proactively look for improvements to processes and systems to reduce Operational risk and close control gaps.

• Responsible for the performance management of the FX Cash team in London, regularly holding one to ones and objective setting for individual team members. Maintain and update internal team MI to track team progression and expectations for Senior Management. 
• Ensure team compliance with confirmation timeliness and aging to ensure DB meet reporting regulation obligations. 
• Primary point of escalation for all top tier platinum clients handled in London. • Responsible for Deutsche Bank top tier platinum clients within FX and dealt with any client queries and settlements.

• Drafting of manual ISDA template confirmations for structured trades.
• Risk verification of Structured Derivative deals.
• Processing and drafting of any FX Novations, as well as negotiating and drafting of NDO and NDF Master Confirmation Agreements.• Experience with the ISDA framework and extensive knowledge of the 1998 FX definitions

• Broker support, price reporting and dealer backup. 

• Responsible for trade input of all deals into drive ticket input system quickly and efficiently. 
• Accountable to push through all deals into Swapswire.
