CurrentI am a Partner in RPC's commercial and banking litigation team. I act for a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on the financial services sector in which I have advised banks, asset managers, hedge funds and high net worth individuals. I have acted and continue to act adverse to the largest investment banks and have expertise in disputes relating to derivative products, the close-out of financial transactions (including under industry-standard master agreements) and securities valuation. I also have experience of the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in England and interim/injunctive relief, including worldwide freezing injunctions. My experience includes acting in a high-profile English high court claim against a major UK investment bank, which culminated in a successful 10 week trial in the Chancery Division and for a European financial institution in a complex multi-party Commercial Court dispute arising out the administration of LBIE.
