I joined TFT in 1996 and was promoted to partner in 2006. I specialise in commercial project management and initiated this specialist service line for TFT in the early 2000's. Between 2015 and 2019 I led TFT's Development and Project Consultancy group of services across the business nationally and in 2019 I joined to TFT's Executive board, where I am responsible for Business Growth, including expansion in new sectors and markets.I am still a hands-on project manager and I have particular expertise in delivering technically challenging value-add office projects and am a member of the British Council for Offices. Plus I have significant retail, industrial and residential experience.I manage a team of 20 in TFT's London office and work closely alongside my Project Managers to ensure that each project is set up properly and has the correct amount of Partner support. My team has a number of office and retail refurbishments and developments underway, ranging from £2m to £50m. As well as being a chartered building surveyor, I am a full member of the Association for Project Management.

At PSC I developed a broad knowledge base in all aspects of building surveying with a particular emphasis on project work in the educastion and retail sectors. I completed my Assessment of Professional Competence here and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1995.

Following completion of my degree I was the first graduate from my course to secure a post relevant to my Building Surveying degree. My 12 month contract was to roll out a programme of intersting projects accross the very varied office and production facilities at the AT&T campus in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
