• Responsible for investigation on operational issues on the crude heat exchanger and a hydrate formation issue on the compression train. Processed three years' effluent pump DCS data to verify that the pumps were performing their quoted duty. • Planned and led nitrogen injection trials on the crude heat exchanger. Identified and formulated a solution for the hydrate formation problem which could result in savings for the terminal of over 1.5 million pounds.
