Dan Hernandez joined Impeccable Development in October 2021 and currently serves as President of Development. His responsibilities include managing the development process which includes, but is not limited to, market and site identification/evaluation, lease negotiations, purchase contract negotiations, rezoning/entitlements, deal structuring and underwriting.Prior to that, Dan served as the Vice President of Commercial for Tanner Lamb & Associates, a real estate brokerage firm based out of Boca Raton, FL. At Tanner Lamb, Dan provided landlord & tenant rep services, along with site selection services for retail developers. Dan is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida & North Carolina and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and ICSC.
