I owned software application support for Wayfair's CastleGate inbound supplier order and container shipment platforms. As member of a small and dedicated team I was responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate order and container shipping, from Asia to Wayfair fulfillment centers and supplier drop ship warehouses in the US and Europe. I supported and ensured accurate product routing from the item to the shipment level through Wayfair's inbound shipping network and special third-party facilities in Asia and the US. I also ensured accurate tracking container shipments on their ocean and dray movements to their destinations and empty container returns.I enabled engineering and dev teams to efficiently focus on agile work by handling service and support issues, and also conducted root cause analysis of issues in collaboration with engineering. I also was responsible for synchronizing accurate shipping order and booking information with 3rd parties and ensuring the accuracy of Wayfair's internal supplier and network data, such as factory, port, terminal and supplier data.

I provided remote second level and Dev Ops support for US and EU Wayfair Fulfillment Centers and Wayfair's WMS customer order fulfillment systems. I supported and improve web-based tools used for order processing and warehouse operations in the fulfillment centers. I provided escalation for local IT Support teams in the warehouses and coordinated sevs with appropriate engineering teams. I also built tools using Google Scripting to assist with mobile device inventory and RAVE emergency communication services.

I provided IT Engineering support for the Wayfair Ogden Fulfillment Center. I supported efficient fulfillment of outbound customer orders through our WMS platforms. I supported varied WMS tools and systems, including RF terminals, scanners, conveyors, label printing, database accuracy, networking, servers, cameras, and building security. I also wrote tools using PowerShell and C# for managing call center and warehouse computers and users in Active Directory, SCCM, and Group Policy, and gathering user and PC information across Wayfair.
