• Creating Ghost images for Getac, Dell, Pelco Security Cameras & Surveillance Systems and rugged tablets• Responsible for imaging and massive deployment of laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new hires and prepping hardware for delivery• Troubleshooting and configurations of Getac/Dell/HP. Support 38,000+ user base• Creating backup/restore profiles for Apple iOS devices by using Apple Configurator 2• Tracking and maintaining end-user technology equipment, accessories, network hardware and IMEI/SN/UDID of Apple iOS devices• Maintaining PXE boot menu• Advanced technical troubleshooting of hardware and software issues• Supporting of various devices running operating systems such as Windows 10/11, iOS, Mac OS, and Android• Documenting AT&T procedures and training new hires• Maintaining daily IT operations: DoD wipes, erase/restore iOS on Apple devices, BIOS update• Project Manager support for deployments of Apple iOS and configuration• Timeline management for mass deployments of Windows 10 / Windows 11 and Security Cameras & Surveillance Systems• Performing other IT duties related functions and projects as requested that are not limited to daily IT Support.
