As part of the IT-Strategy & Process Consulting Team I was responsible for the development of all topics regarding Business Process Intelligence @ NTT DATA Business Solutions GER.This involves general BPM Consulting, Strategic BPM Framework Design, Process Design, Process Monitoring and Automation.My focus lies on process intelligence techniques, especially process mining with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.Our preferred software solution for these topics in general was Signavio. Therefore everything which is necessary for a successful Signavio Setup is part of my consulting expertise.Furthermore I was part of building and developing the NTT DATA reference process model.Since April 1, 2021 itelligence AG operates under the name of NTT DATA Business Solutions.
