About Daniel Hicks

I joined Ideaworks as an installation Engineer in March 2005, with my main duties of work being on sites terminating, installing and commission cables, equipment and whole systems. With Experience in a wide variety of products and systems from sonos, Lutron, Crestron, KNX, B&O, Panasonic pbx systems, ADA suite systems, IT systems integration and CCTV equipment.Since I started at ideaworks I have progressed to lead engineer where responsibilities of individual job time management and a higher level of product awareness and commissioning were involved.From then I went on to become a senior engineer in which I now lead a team of 4 other engineers, two installation and two lead engineers to help guide and teach them to deliver the quality project that he has done for the previous years. But now with the added liaison with project managers to ensure the job is delivered as it was designed.
