I currently manage a team of engineers to fulfill the engineering installation requirements of our high profile projects both in the UK and abroad.

I currently run a large team of engineers on one of our largest projects. My role includes helping the engineers within my team achieve the deadlines that are required, and ensure they have what they need to do there job well. I work alongside Design and Project managers to make sure that the job is running smoothly. I am also the commissioning engineer on these jobs and so have a hand at every stage to help make the team efficient.

For this role I was able to assist with other engineering teams in the commissioning of large projects, along side this had a hand in organising engineers throughout the company with their needs, training requirements, workloads. As well as helping to get to grips with the production line of tasks and man hours, quotes and targets set for teams. My attention to detail and constant strive for improvement helped here.

As a senior engineer with Ideaworks, each project that I was assigned, it was my responsibility to ensure every aspect of what had been sold and designed was implemented to the highest standards, Running a team of junior and lead engineers over multiple high profile properties across the UK and Europe. The on and offsite commissioning of the AV in these projects also fell under the umbrella of my role.

My Role developed into running onsite projects and with the knowledge I had gained as a junior engineer, also teaching and managing junior engineers in their roles. As a lead engineer it also involved the programming and commissioning of large scale telephone systems and Lighting integration into these private homes and yachts across the UK and Europe.

My role was to assist the team, by developing my skills in infrastructure and termination of multiple high profile projects across the UK and Europe.
