Learning time management and problem-solving in a heavily paced environment making sure that standards are always at 100% in a thriving team showing leadership in difficult situations.

Concret Cat Records. Was a small start-up record label which came to fruition in the original view to help assist the first releases of college and uni entry bands. The label ran for just under three years, with three releases to its name. The label was in charge with all aspects of the process including; recording , mixing and mastering, distribution (online and physical) and merchandising. as well as full A&R and P&R roles. The label eventually ended due to members pursuing other paths.
