Tasks: Organizational set up, program design, fund raising and project execution. The aim of the organization is to provide shelter to children who have no one to care for them and provide them with basic nutrition, health care and education. Various projects have been concluded to improve the quality of life for orphans in the North Kivu. The organization is currently in the process of building a new school to accommodate up to 400 children in the area.

- Design and implementation of compensation programs with focus on executive/share based compensation, including concept draft, cost/benefit simulations, draft of plan documents and global tax and legal due diligence.- Design and implementation of compensation programs; planning and implementation of a survey related to Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance which resulted in the development of a new service offering for PwC, increasing the market visibility of the Reward Practice as well as annual revenues.- Project Manager for HR work stream of headquarter moves of multinational companies to Switzerland, management of various HR related tasks and teams related to the establishment of compensation and benefit packages, set up of benefit plans, draft of employment contracts, establishment of payroll services, negotiation of tax arrangements for expat benefits and stock based compensation etc..- Expansion of PwC Reward practice from Eastern Switzerland to Western Switzerland; establishment of Reward team, strategy, objectives and services, increasing the market share as well as total revenue of PwCs Reward practice in Switzerland.- Expansion of individual tax services to wider mobility consulting and integration with other HR related services, such as payroll outsourcing; key account management for multinational companies with a major footprint in Brazil.

Provide free classes in business administration in a Public University in Maputo, Mozambique, 2. Support an orphanage in the suburbs of Maputo, 3. Sensitize students for social challenges of the country and encourage action, 4. Establish a long term footprint. After conclusion of the first year of activity, the organization has been honored by a meeting with the Prime Minister.
