As an Account Manager at Lockton, I provide comprehensive and timely support to clients on various aspects of benefits administration, such as enrollment, claims, contracts, and claim reports. I also evaluate and manage third-party vendors, issue and manage RFP processes, and attend and conduct client meetings and training sessions.I hold a MS in Management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where I honed my analytical, communication, and leadership skills. I also have a BA in Economics and Russian Language from the same university, which reflects my interest and proficiency in diverse and global topics. I am currently working towards a CEBS certification to further enhance my knowledge and credentials in the benefits field.
