Assisted in the planning and writing of USTRANSCOM Concept Plan (CONPLAN) 9000 and USTRANSCOM Functional Campaign Plan, FCP-GDD 9033. Led joint planning groups during the joint planning process for each plan during mission analysis. Facilitated subject matter expert working groups developing effects and tasks setting conditions for USTRANSCOM to project and sustain the force in the future operating environment. Researched strategic documents to include the UCP (Unified Campaign Plan, NDS (National Defense Strategy, NMS (National Military Strategy), and the JSCP (Joint Strategic Campaign Plan) ensuring inclusion of deployment and distribution guidance, assigned responsibilities, and tasks into the campaign plan.
