In this role, I will supervise the Business Developments team, responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals . Developing skills, growing their territory, shadowing their performance, and supporting their mission in exceeding KPIs (key performance indicators). Evaluating and pursuing new growth opportunities while maintaining close relationships with different parts of the business. Meeting with Sales Directors, Account Managers, and Marketing regularly to collaboratively develop and execute call campaigns that will support the sales targets of their regions.
