Senior Project Leader
Current• Determine project plans, time frames, objectives, budgets, and scope of authority based on client and project objectives.• Direct and coordinate activities of team members to ensure projects progress on schedule and within defined budget.• Provide technical advice, problem resolution and final decision/authorization on all assignments with project team members.• Assist Account Executives in the development of sales strategy and sales presentations. • Review status reports, adapting schedules or plans as required. • Prepare project reports and present to management, client, and vendors.• Assists in developing relationships and partnerships with clients and vendors.• Develop and promote good communications among team members.• Assist in setting quality standards and procedures.• Coach and provide guidance to the team members about every aspect of the project so that associates understand expectations and deadlines.• Evaluate each project and individual team member's contributions.• Responsible for performance management of team members to include input into probationary/annual performance reviews.
