I'm currently acting as a Product Owner for a team within the Customer Success and Service organization. I'm responsible for the prioritisation between internal proactive work as well as the work coming in directly from our customers. We are working according to the SAFe principle and I'm also a member of the Release Management Team.

In my role I also drive investigations and projects that benefit the Services & Support organisation and our customers. I'm a Subject Matter Expert in several aspects of our operational products, infrastructure, environments and configuration, serving as an adviser to other internal stakeholders in projects and programs as well as mentoring support specialists. I'm also responsible for the daily and long-term support and services to our operational customers.

I worked as a System Expert and as a Tech Lead within a team of around 7 software developers, we were doing Change Requests and maintenance/implementation work for some of our key customers within the Airline industry. I was part of the core team that developed a standard and graphic resource planning system that uniquely manages many resources and complex relationships. During my ten years at the company the product TimeEdit 3 became the most popular and successful scheduling software at Universities and High Schools in Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia. I worked as a link between the software development departement and the testers.

My main duties have been to help students with UNIX related questions, and when required, to perform some system administrative tasks such as creating personal accounts and retrieving files from backup. Other common duties at the Help Desk included maintenance of the work stations and printers in the computer labs in the event of minor faults.
