Scope: Process automation with Blue Prism and Power Query.Co-designed, developed and implemented a tool that automate invoice creation by collecting and manipulating data and presenting it in a “ready-to-send” format. The tool has minimized human errors and made account managers able to focus on more value-creating tasks.

In this role I have two areas of responsibility.In the training part my main focus is to educate both new and old employees in different areas. For example the ITIL based processes we use in the organisation but also call technique, IT-tools, applications and customer specific trainings. For example the ITIL based processes we use in the organisation but also call technique, IT-tools, applications and customer specific trainings. During my time as a trainer I conducted trainings for approx. 80 people, both in Swedish and English.The quality part of this role is about coaching agents that needs help with technical parts or softskills. This is conducted by listening to calls or analyzing service tickets. The quality process is often initiated by escalations from managers or by me identifying quality issues via ongoing monitoring.The role as a Training & Quality specialist have given me a lot of practice in presenting to and educating for big and small groups of people, often with different cultural backgrounds and/or knowledge levels. This was a temporary project where I and another person investigated the market and developed a prototype for a digital book club with focus on e-books. The project came up in a "speed dating" between entrepreneurs and driven young people. At the speed dating I got good contact with the CEO of Hoi Förlag. We applied for and received funding from Vinnova, the swedish state works for innovations. Focus groups and surveys is something we have worked hard with to see if we are on the right track. This project has involved a lot of freedom and decision making to what’s the next steps in the process are. It learned me to structure and plan better. Show less
