CurrentCurrent role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Facilities Management : Ensure that all plant and equipment (where necessary) is maintained, serviced and calibrated on time and that records are updated accordingly.• Equipment Management : Ensure all 2000+ items of equipment are inspected, serviced or calibrated on time and report and chase all non conformances.• Assist in developing, maintaining and continually improving the Quality, Environmental and Health &… Show more Current role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Facilities Management : Ensure that all plant and equipment (where necessary) is maintained, serviced and calibrated on time and that records are updated accordingly.• Equipment Management : Ensure all 2000+ items of equipment are inspected, serviced or calibrated on time and report and chase all non conformances.• Assist in developing, maintaining and continually improving the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management systems.• Attend external assessments by the accreditation company.• Perform departmental internal audits on the company’s Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems showing areas of compliance and identifying areas of weakness/non conformance. • Perform all Technolog new starter inductions throughout the company and provide the relevant training.• Responsible for the maintenance and update of the company’s training matrix in relation to all three management systems.• Identify areas within the company which require risk assessment, create a risk assessment register and perform the risk assessments (e.g. COSHH, Fire, Radon, Manual Handling, Work Equipment) and schedule for reassessment.• Perform accident investigations including identifying, reporting, taking immediate corrective and preventative action.• Create Safe Systems of Work and policies/procedures as required.• Perform workplace inspections throughout the company.• Arrange correct disposal of all the company's waste and negotiate competitive prices.
