I am a Professionally Registered Team Leader in the Railway sector who has experience in delivering projects effectively and to time. I have led and supervised teams of up to 30 multi skilled staff, all the way from scoping to track hand back.I have Technical Skills in Maintenance, New projects, Surveying, Health and Safety, Budgeting and Software Technology skills. Within the Civil and Rail industries my Technical Skills are diverse, but are also transferable to anything I put my mind to.Aside from the Civil/Railway specific training and competencies… Over the years, I have qualities which stand me out from the rest, such as: Strong Ethics, Healthy working relationships, Empowerment of others, Clear communication, Emotional Intelligence, Educated Decisiveness - This is to name a few.
