General repairs as needed, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs diagnosing/troubleshooting, drywall repairs, painting, appliance repairs and replacements. Turnover of move outs within 3 day turnover. Emergency on-call rotation. Re modeling of apartments countertop replacement new fixtures throughout replacing new switches and outlets. Completing work orders within 24 hours of receiving. While providing excellent level of customer service to residences.
