I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations consisting of a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Northern Colorado.With more than 8 years of experience in property management, I have successfully managed the daily operations, maintenance, projects, Owner and Tenant relations for single family homes, duplexes, apartment communities from 12 units to 296 units, and multiple types and sizes of commercial properties. Professional Designations and Experiences:I am a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association. This designation is awarded after completing a 40 hour class and passing the National Exam which includes preparing a comprehensive property analysis with emphasis on marketing and Analyze the financial operations of the property. I am also a certified and is a Broker Associate in the State of Colorado.
