-Providing positive and professional service while working in a fast-paced environment-Managing 5-8 tables per shift, ensuring that guest orders arrive to the table within a certain timeframe -Communicating with management and team in regards to problem solving

Managing day-to-day operations such as guiding staff members, touring new prospects, processing applications and invoices, and responding to resident complaints, questions, and requests-Overseeing the market survey with other properties in order to gain insight into competitors, ideal amenities, and pricing demands-Conducting regular property inspections to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards

-Touring new prospects and processing apartment applications -Communicating consistently with new prospects through email and phone calls in regards to verifying proof of income-Assisting managers by advertising property on Craigslist and Zillow in order to find tenants to lease apartments

-Managing day-to-day operations such as supervising team, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high quality drinks, tracking shop’s financial performance, writing team’s schedule, and training new team members-Ordering needed supplies and ingredients to ensure shop is fully stocked and runs smoothly
