Handled intake procedures, creating and maintaining client files, conciliating and mediating disputes on a wide variety of subjects including landlord-tenant disputes, student loan debts, credit disputes, and divorce proceedings.

Reorganized course materials for Mass Torts Seminar following Supreme Court decision Wal Mart Stores v. Dukes. Researched cases demonstrating change in class action law following Wal Mart decision. Reformatted and consolidated over 700 pages of course material into less than 400 pages.
