I am a focused and energetic veteran with experience leading teams, leveraging data, and developing strategic-level process improvements in a fast-paced logistics and supply-chain management environment.After graduating from West Point in 2015, I served as an active duty Infantry Officer in the US Army until August 2020. During this period, I learned and practiced the basics of leadership, learning the importance of both showing that I care through interpersonal skills and being committed to the mission through implementing organizational system/standards/safety improvements.After transitioning from active duty, I joined Amazon in January 2021 as an Area Manager in LAX5, a sort-center serving customers in the LA area from the Valley to San Diego. While in this role, I learned how to access, analyze, and leverage data to improve operations and how to implement lean strategies through continuous improvement. In April 2022, I promoted into a Senior Program Manager role on the Strategy Planning Team within the AMZL Start-up and Retrofit Planning Organization. Currently I manage the deployment timeline for our automation program across all delivery stations in North America, leveraging all project data and relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to meet the business' long-term automation goals.
