Portfolio Management: Co-managed a $700 million private REIT comprised of 25 office, industrial, retail and apartment assets located in 15 markets across the United States.Coordinated asset management team integration of $2.1 billion, 42 million square foot Cabot Industrial Trust (NYSE publicly traded REIT) when taken private and delisted by Calwest Industrial Trust (CalPERS/RREEF venture).Director of Properties - Midwest Region: Led management and leasing operations for more than19 million square foot of office and industrial properties located in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis and St. Louis.

Oversaw $600 million, 11 million square foot office and industrial building portfolio located in 15 states. Regional responsibility for the Chicago and Dallas based asset management team, in addition to actively managing a portfolio of assets directly.

Vice President - Portfolio Management: Managed a 66 property, $400 million office, industrial and apartment building portfolio containing over 5 million square feet located in the Midwest.Vice President - Development: Developed one million square feet of speculative suburban high-rise office space (Chicago and Detroit) and one million square feet of industrial product (Chicago and Detroit). Oversaw the land assemblage, zoning approval, creation of restrictive covenants, master plan creation and overall development of a 138 acre business park.
