My peers describe me as the “spiritual duct tape binding a team together for the common goal of completing a project.” I am a multitasking problem-solving wizard who thrives under pressure and is no stranger to juggling multiple projects simultaneously. When the pressure mounts, I remain calm and prepared to see a task through completion. Strong leadership skills & an ability to communicate well with others have served me well in organizing and managing over 500 events. Maintaining relationships is also a strong point that I prioritize no matter the industry. Relationships are key and I love cultivating and growing business opportunities together with like-minded individuals.In my nearly 10 years of touring experience, I have traveled to 49 US States. I am no stranger to packing my bags and making things happen on a remote worksite. Planning and logistics are something I enjoy very much. Few things excite me more than seeing a project through to completion with a good team from inception to post-event review. My skill set does not end with project management. I am also an experienced business manager who can budget, forecast, handle procurement, process invoice payments & take a lead administrator role in all company insurance policies.I am a self-motivated task-oriented individual who will not sweat the small stuff & roll with the punches to problem solve on the fly while sprinkling in some well-placed laughs. Outside of work, my wife and I are raising our 1st baby (our Shiba Inu is very jealous). I am an advocate of adult lego-building while also finding time for fantasy and sci-fi novels.
