Logistics and Operations:• Tour Planning & Logistics: Plan and coordinate tour stops, travel arrangements, equipment rental, itinerary planning, venue coordination, settlements, stage set up, backstage policies, photo policies, venue policies, security meetings. • Strategic Communications: Serve as primary point of contact between booking agents, venue staff and clients; act as communication conduit between and among bands, crews, and venue staff.• Crew Management: Hired and manage all processes and crew activities including sound engineer, lighting director, merchandise sales, instrument technician, vehicle drivers, and photographer.• Labor Allocations & Show Settlement: Collect money owed from show performances and work with merchandise rep to ensure venue receives appropriate percentage of revenue due and state sales tax. • Space Rental & Lease Negotiation: Review and manage all leases for rented spaces. Budget Management, Bookkeeping & Payroll: • Bookkeeping: In partnership with CPA, organize and manage bookkeeping and financial reporting of Twiddle Music, LLC and Jam Flow; input data into QuickBooks; generate financial reports to prepare annual and other required periodic legal entity federal and state tax returns.• Financial Monitoring: Provide vigilant monitoring, management and forecasting of cash flow, expenses and bank accounts.• Payroll: Payment of invoices, running payroll, review, and approval of expenses both for Jam Flow Twiddle Music LLC. • Insurance: Review and signoff on all policies for both organizations including Health, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Liability, and Equipment.
