I have over 15 years of policing experience up to the rank of T/Inspector, working within custody, neighbourhood, response, investigative, performance, stakeholder and strategic roles.Currently, I am responsible for maintaining and improving stakeholder relationships with Train Operating Companies, communities and external agencies within parts of East London and Essex. Working in partnership to address concerns, tackle crime, provide reassurance and improve service delivery and confidence.Previously, I was responsible for improving departmental performance, processes and procedures relating to crime management. I achieved this by working with internal stakeholders and using analytical tools, lessons learned, best practice, educational inputs and mentoring. Furthermore, this work resulted in organisational changes being implemented for the benefit of staff, public and stakeholders.I have been the Station Commander at several locations overseeing operational policing across areas of London and Hertfordshire. I was also the Staff Officer for retired C/Supt Martin Fry, supporting him with the management of operational policing across South East England.I volunteered as the BTP National Police Autism Association co-chair, acting as a Subject Matter Expert raising awareness, providing training, conducting workplace needs assessments and working to create an inclusive culture for neurodivergent individuals.
