I am passionate about the jewellery industry, its challenges and the survival of genuine handmade individual designs.The influence that Computer Aided Design and changes in the manufacturing procedures have had on the industry are not all positive. It is my firm belief that the human psyche will soon prove the need to express one's individuality to be greater than trends and repetition.I believe Design to be an expression of the soul of an artist and if supported by the principles of design and -proportion, provide for unparalleled creativity. Of course, the level of artisan skills must match the level of design skills in order to preserve the sensitivity and soul of the artist.
