Core responsibilities involve ensuring released games on Xbox One and PC consistently deliver on the Xbox brand's quality standards for stability, security and compatibility. As a software engineer with programme manager responsibilities, I am cooperatively responsible for ensuring adherence of platform requirements across Xbox, as well as ensuring new platform features are successfully and accurately integrated into new software being released on Microsoft's Xbox platform.I am responsible for providing leadership to outsourced vendor teams in multiple locations to onboard new testing for the Xbox platform, including the development of offsite testing at an additional third-party, international company. Worked on testing strategies to ensure market trends and consumer data is used intelligently to develop a sustainable testing strategy. I also have extensive experience at assembling public-facing presentations and public speaking through presenting for Microsoft at various publisher events across the UK, USA, China, Japan, and the rest of Europe.
