With over ten years of experience in managing business and technology products teams, I am a business leader and technology evangelist with a solid technical background and a successful track record. I lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Azure Digital and App Innovation across Southeast Europe at Microsoft, where I drive business growth and customer success at scale with Azure and GitHub solutions.I am passionate about helping startups and entrepreneurs build products that improve people's lives and create positive social impact. I co-manage the Merage Startup Competition, which supports and empowers innovative ventures in the 45+ and women communities, and connects them with the US markets. I also co-direct the Merage Institute Program Alumni, a network of over 1K Israeli startup CEOs who participated in an exclusive two-week program in California to expand their business to the US. I leverage my strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, as well as my expertise in cloud and AI, to create and deliver engaging and impactful content, events, and programs for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
