As Programme Manager at Digitas, my role was to lead and grow some of the largest key accounts within the Products and Platforms division. The division encompassed product visioning, platform development, product creation, and experience enhancement, while seamlessly integrating technology and marketing operations. In my time there I led globally distributed teams in designing, leading, and executing multi-million-pound programs for clients such as Saudi Aramco, Kellogg's, and Pringles.Digitas, as part of the Publicis Groupe, stands at the forefront of full-service integrated agencies, leveraging strategies and innovative solutions to drive meaningful outcomes for clients. It was privilege to contribute to the success of some of these brands and to be part of a team that continuously strived for excellence in everything they do.

At Spark44, a venture with Jaguar Land Rover at the time, I served as a Project Director on a contract basis, with a specific focus on leading the development of the InControl feature of the car experience. In this role, I led a dedicated program aimed at collaborating with a team of user experience designers and creatives to craft a compelling feature vision and design system tailored to this unique feature set.One of the key responsibilities I undertook was to facilitate seamless communication and coordination with third-party development partners, ensuring the technical delivery of the envisioned features aligned perfectly with our clients' expectations and requirements.At Spark44 the model characterised by transparency, shared goals, and lean methodologies. AIA Worldwide (now Radancy) was my first introduction to leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects for global brands. As part of my role, I was tasked with leading projects to design and implement career websites and applicant tracking software (ATS) for clients such as AstraZeneca, Marks and Spencer, and Primark.This role served as my initiation into end-to-end software development projects, where I gained invaluable insights into the various stages of the software development lifecycle, from discovery, definition and design to implementation and deployment.Working within a global and distributed business like Radancy exposed me to the complexities inherent in managing projects across diverse geographical locations and time zones. This experience honed my ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with teams spanning different regions, ensuring alignment and cohesion throughout the project lifecycle.Radancy provided me with a platform to expand my skill set, deepen my understanding of technology project management, and cultivate a global mindset.
