AIA Worldwide (now Radancy) was my first introduction to leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects for global brands. As part of my role, I was tasked with leading projects to design and implement career websites and applicant tracking software (ATS) for clients such as AstraZeneca, Marks and Spencer, and Primark.This role served as my initiation into end-to-end software development projects, where I gained invaluable insights into the various stages of the software development lifecycle, from discovery, definition and design to implementation and deployment.Working within a global and distributed business like Radancy exposed me to the complexities inherent in managing projects across diverse geographical locations and time zones.
