Covering Jackets and Trousers I was also Brand Champion for Autograph and was brought in to modernise the formal offer facilitating new ways of working within the menswear department. I was challenged with developing a range with a smart focus to address the growing trend for less traditionally sartorial product and create a synergy between the Casual and Formal departments. I was challenged with developing a range with a smart focus to address the growing trend for less traditionally sartorial product and create a synergy between the Casual and Formal departments. I reduced the core trouser offer to minimalise duplication and diversified the colour/style offer such as cotton blends and Stretch while slimming fits and tapering the block for a modern silhouette. Jackets were in turn slimmed with softer chest and shoulder construction and developing signature print linings to provide a contemporary look.
