Coached 5 consecutive Blue Boat crews to victory in the Lightweight Men's Boat Race. Leading and co-ordinating a coaching team including physiotherapist, psychologist, S&C staff, nutritionists, biomechanists.Generating multiple sponsorship agreements (with Deep-Dive, Tricumen & Beko) and additionally negotiating the club's first kit sponsorship agreement (with Descente Global) for the lightweight men.
