My work duties include the processing of invoices, dealing with issues and taking messages of telephone conversations, Database information input and management, petty cash, attendance record and Postage.I have in the past been contacted by colleagues when they could not get hold of the companies IT dept, to provide technical support in sorting out various computer difficulties for example, networking issues, printer/photocopier issues, Microsoft application issues and in some cases provided my own written guides to assist my colleagues in completing tasks.In my spare time I am currently learning new computer languages being HTML, CSS and I shall soon be starting to learn JavaScript in an effort to become more of an ICT specialist within an office environment.

Working on various different building sites gave me extensive knowledge about working priorities, where certain tasks needed to be completed before others could begin, this proved to be advantageous in gaining skills such as time keeping, working to deadlines and effective team work when working on complex tasks.

As soon as I left St. Simon Stock Secondary School I worked part time on Friday and Saturday nights whilst in college. I was responsible for maintaining the Produce department and my duties included stock taking, Stock replenishment, Cleaning the department and price reductions.
